It was a pleasure yesterday, for Dr Robert Brown to sit with members of the Doncaster branch of the Partially Sighted Society and describe the vocation of a 'Forensic Engineer'.
We enjoyed discussing, facets of law, standards of civil and criminal cases, types of evidence, weight of evidence, CPR 35 and CPR 19 expert reports and examples of past cases.
