Pleased,.. a good result from a recent court hearing regarding a worker undertaking work in a road side excavation, stripped the insulation from an 11,000 volt cable 'assuming' it to be a low voltage 415 volt cable provoking an arc flashover and sustaining burns to hands and face !!!
